The Syllabus Lied

CSE 378 is not what it seems. Introduction to Robotics is a lie. Its an intensive applications of linear algebra course. The language that is suppose to be used was C++. Now its MATLAB. This sucks.

Summer Update

Well its about the middle of the summer. So I'll give another update.

Been working I've been working  a lot. Mostly as a Percussion TA at the Summer Music Camp in Gelinas.

Been taking summer classes.

Summer Session 1:
ESE 305 - Deterministic Signals and System with Prof. Thomas G. Robertazzi. Result: A

I love taking classes with this Professor. He's so chill, I like him a lot . Just show up to class, do the practice exams, and get an A. This class was nothing but math so it was pretty easy for me. Mostly transform function techniques. It was late at night so I didn't see anyone on campus.

Summer Session 2 (currently in):

HIS 341 - 20th Century China with Prof. Aimin Guo.

Class seems pretty easy. Just read a book, read the textbook, and review powerpoint slides. It a pretty laid back class. Decent course material is covered.

ESE 306 - Random Signals and Systems with Prof. Thomas G. Robertazzi.

Once again, I love taking classes with this professor. He likes having me in class since I answer questions unlike 95 percent of the class. Its basically all probability. Math! I love math.

So thats my summation of summer school so far. Nothing too exciting, no one is around for me to visit this session, hopefully that will change.

Currently working on a vast overhaul of the network in my house. Upgrading to Gigabit Ethernet and having a network storage. So that means a new switch and new server. More Details later.

Also its my brothers 23rd birthday on monday so working on getting a present for him and going to Dorney Park on Friday.

Recap of Events

So its been awhile since I wrote something.

Recently I turned twenty. It was an awesome day.
There's nothing like hanging out with your friend with lots of food and merriment.
Even right now, I'm enjoying a bottle of Ramune.

Gifts of note:

Massive Nerf Gun: The Vulcan
nerf_vulcan
This was from my friend Matt and my future wife. Does some pretty awesome damage in a battle.
My other friend Dan got me more ammo for it.

Next Gift: USB Fridge
dreamcheeky-usbfridge-2
This thing is awesome. now we have another form of refrigeration in the band space. consider it drum line fridge 2.0. This was from my friend Don. He's awesome, but the original gift was a taco kit and box of fortune cookies.

Next Gift: Gundam
Gundam_Altron_model-kit
This was from Creamer. I spent a good 3 hours building it. Made some good use of time.

I got more awesome gifts, like shirts and books.

Once again my Bro has to win since he's just like that:

Bro's Gift:

NETBOOK!

A180-8022-sell00-dw
Nice little portable thing. I'm tired of lugging around the ASUS without using its full potential. Of course I'll bring it when I need it. But this is going to be my little travelmate.

Thats its for the birthday recap. Right now I'm on spring break. Doing nothing but working and sitting on my butt.

Oh yeah, I bought two game for my DS. Peggle Dual Shot and Henry Hatsworth.

I have never played peggle before i got the game but everyone i know said it was awesome. It is. Nice game to play.
600full-peggle-dual-shot-cover

Henry Hatsworth is such an awesome game. He says things like "GOOD SHOW!" ,"TEA TIME!" and when you die he says "Poppycock!"

Alot fun its great.

On a more serious note, I really should be studying. my two midterms were moved to after this break and i really needed it.
